Highlighting the unique sales proposition with a brand refresh and content design

A boutique small business sought a more professional ecommerce shop, with as much smart automation as possible. I worked with the company owner on the content design of the homepage and product pages, building in social proof, and a featured video highlighting how the product is made – highlighting its most notable feature which is that it is handmade.

I established requirements during initial discovery conversations with the founders of the initiative, then worked in collaboration with a cross-functional team including copywriters, designers, and advancement professionals.
